Alongside our official Track & Field research in partnership with Leeds Beckett University: Achieving Gender Equality in High Performance Athletics Coaching in the U.K, we have also launched a Global survey aimed at all women who coach Track & Field.
The purpose of this survey is to gather insight into the Global picture of track and field from a female coach perspective, and to discover patterns (if any) in the different settings of track & field coaching i.e. as a coach in the NCAA, high school coach, volunteer coach, international professional coach etc.
The survey will remain open for a number of months throughout 2020, giving us time to collect a large enough number of responses with results will be revealed in late 2020 / early 2021.
