We Engage

We engage with coaches, athletes and organisations around the globe, building networks and providing supportive platforms for them to connect, share, and develop.

Our network is one of the biggest in the world of performance sports. It is seen as a safe space for our members, enabling them to openly speak up and share their visions on how to create real change in sport.

We Change

We work with sports federations to create change in their coaching landscape, developing an equitable culture for male and female coaches.

Working alongside brands including UK Athletics, World Athletics, Tottenham Hotspur, WHOOP, and Nike, we consult with organisations, teams and federations to drive change in sports systems for a more efficient, effective and safer coaching environment.

We Support

We support our partners in creating their own change for female athletes, coaches, and leaders in their respective sports.

We’ve helped organisations such as Gazing RED2BLUE, World Athletics, Athletics Canada, ALTIS, the Olympic Federation of Ireland, and the USA Women’s National Soccer Team to implement new opportunities and policies to empower female coaches across the world.

We also support and empower female coaches to be the best they can be by providing them with unique opportunities to connect, share and develop.

What We Do…

Empower Coaches

We provide a platform for coaches and leaders to connect, share and develop, empowering them to reach their full potential and achieve their goals, both on and off the field.

What Our Network Says…

“Coaches and leaders need more support. This amazing collaboration between the Female Coaching Network and Whoop aligns with my own mission to help women worldwide break the cycle of energy highs and lows and show up as the best version of themselves. It was my great privilege to provide mindset tools and strategies to optimise their own health for sustained high performance.”

Angela Foster

High Performance Health Coach

“I am beyond grateful to be on the programme, thank you for all your help!”

Jessica Medina

USA Wrestling Coach
Coaching lifestyles aren’t always healthy and wed are so good at putting our athletes first we forget that we do them a disservice by not looking after ourselves!  I am getting so much from this programme and the WHOOP is definitely helping me to handle my fatigue!  Thank you to FCN and WHOOP!”

Charlotte Fisher

Paralympic Endurance Coach, GB &NI

“I didn’t feel like coaching was the way I wanted to go any more. But having these women around me, like Vicky, it’s given me a lot of courage. It reminded me that there’s more to coaching than just the daily grind. This group is on the same journey as me. They understand me and I understand them.”

Jane Figueiredo

Head Diving Coach, GB&NI

““That’s what this group’s best benefit has been for me too – connecting with someone who is just like you.”

Mechelle Lewis Freeman

Head Coach, USA Relays, Track & Field
