With the support of the FCN’s network of partners, 2022 see’s the launch of FCN | UEFA B and Beyond. The project will provide supportive platforms and unique opportunities for the 5,216 female football coaches qualified at FA Level 2 (UEFA C) – UEFA A wanting to progress through the elite football coaching pathway. It is hoped through this holistic and long term approach, the FCN can work towards supporting an increase of female Head Coaches in elite football.
