The Female Coaching Network Coach Wellbeing Report explores the wellbeing, health and working experiences of women coaches across a range of countries, coaching roles and levels of experience. Produced by the Female Coaching Network in partnership with Leeds Beckett University, the report examines key themes including psychological wellbeing, sense of purpose, physical and psychological health, work relationships, work-life balance and job security. Drawing on empirical data from an international sample of coaches, the research provides insight into the realities of women working in coaching and offers evidence to help shape more supportive, sustainable and inclusive coaching environments.
