The report Achieving Gender Equity in High Performance Athletics Coaching in the UKexplores the experiences of women coaches working within high-performance athletics and examines the cultural and systemic barriers affecting gender equity across the UK athletics system. Commissioned by the Female Coaching Network and delivered by Leeds Beckett University, the research provides evidence-based recommendations to help create a more inclusive, transparent and professionalised coaching environment that better supports women coaches and athlete development.
