The International Athletics Team Staff Selection Policy outlines the process, principles, criteria and governance used to appoint coaches and support staff to international athletics championship teams. Developed by the Female Coaching Network in partnership with the International Athletics Foundation, it has been created to provide the foundations for a more transparent, equitable and accountable approach to team staff selection, helping to increase consistency, diversity and confidence across international athletics systems.
