The Team GB Team Staff Selection Policy outlines the process, principles, criteria and governance used to appoint coaches and support staff to a Team GB delegation for major events such as the Olympic Games. Developed by the Female Coaching Network in partnership with Women in Sport, it has been created to provide the foundations for a more transparent, equitable and accountable approach to team staff selection, helping to increase consistency, diversity and confidence within high-performance sport systems.
